Role Overview
Trainwell is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver high-quality training, provide hands-on practical exposure, and contribute to real-time digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be both a trainer and practitioner in the digital marketing domain.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Delivery
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical digital marketing training sessions
- Train students on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
- Simplify concepts for beginners and working professionals
- Conduct live projects, case studies, and assignments
Curriculum & Content
- Handle and improve digital marketing curriculum
- Create training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Keep course content updated with latest industry trends and tools
Practical Exposure
- Guide students on live campaigns and real-time projects
- Provide hands-on training on tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, etc.
- Mentor students on portfolio building and campaign execution
Digital Marketing Activities
- Support Trainwell’s internal digital marketing efforts
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, ads, and lead generation activities
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports & insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 to 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in training or mentoring students/teams
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEO & keyword research
- Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Content Strategy
- Analytics & Reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make sessions interactive and practical
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience working in an EdTech / Training Institute
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint
- Experience managing real client projects
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
