Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar EPC, energy forecasting, and related energy
solutions
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across target industries
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into long-term clients
Drive end-to-end sales cyclesfrom prospecting to closure
2. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
Establish partnerships with developers, DISCOMs, consultants, and corporate clients
Explore new markets, geographies, and verticals for expansion
Develop channel partners, alliances, and referral networks
Monitor policy changes (net metering, open access, forecasting regulations) and align business strategy
accordingly
3. Solution Selling & Client Engagement
Understand client energy needs and propose customized solutions (solar EPC + forecasting tools)
Work closely with technical teams to design competitive and feasible proposals
Deliver impactful presentations, techno-commercial proposals, and ROI analyses
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
4. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy
Identify emerging trends in renewable energy, forecasting, and grid compliance
Contribute to long-term business planning and product positioning
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations teams for seamless project execution
Ensure client expectations are met from proposal stage through commissioning
Provide feedback from the market to improve products and services
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
Track key metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and revenue growth
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
