We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Executive Assistant / Office Assistant to support daily office operations, administrative work, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks professionally.
Candidates with experience as a Stenographer / Personal Assistant/ Office Assistant, who are retired from Bank, Government office, public sector undertakings, or similar administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or above in any stream.
- Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to work on MS Word and MS Excel.
- Prior experience in office administration, stenography, PA, banking, government office, or public undertaking will be preferred.
