Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (U.S. Business Hours)

What You'll Do
- Drive the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to win new business.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and client relationships.
- Represent Work4Flow within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem
We're Looking For
- 4 - 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow sales, SaaS, or IT consulting sales.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Preferred
- ServiceNow Sales or Pre-Sales certifications
- Experience selling AI or automation solutions
- Startup or high-growth company experience
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
