Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of passenger and goods lifts.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in elevators.
- Maintain lift motors, control panels, door operators, sensors, limit switches, and safety devices.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of lift systems.
- Attend emergency lift breakdown calls and restore operations quickly.
- Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and lift schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with OEM/service vendors for major repairs and shutdown activities.
