Site Engineer – Residential Building

Job Overview
We are looking for a Site Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in RCC residential building construction to supervise a Stilt + 3 floor project with pile foundation.
The candidate will be responsible for daily site supervision, quality control, and coordination of structural works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pile foundation, pile caps, tie beams
- Monitor RCC works – columns, beams, slabs
- Ensure work is executed strictly as per structural drawings
- Check reinforcement spacing, lap length, cover blocks before concreting
- Inspect shuttering before concrete pour
- Maintain daily progress updates with photos
- Monitor material receipt and usage (cement, steel, aggregates)
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, electricians, plumbers
- Ensure proper curing and quality control practices
Required Qualifications
- B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in residential RCC construction
- Experience in pile foundation projects is Must.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills
- Spoken Hindi is mandatory.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
