Position: Front Office Assistant / Supervisor
Department: Front Office
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications promptly.
Provide guests with information about the resort, facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and prepare daily reports.
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Follow the resort's policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or resort front office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation/PMS software.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills
English, Malayalam, Hindi
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
