Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Key Account Manager – Electronics

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and acquire new wholesale clients across Delhi NCR and surrounding regions through cold calling, field visits, and industry networking.
- Client Consultation & Pitching: Conduct meetings with Purchase Heads, Procurement Managers, and technical teams to understand their exact hardware/component requirements and pitch tailored electronic solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process from sending quotations and negotiating pricing/payment terms to closing the deal and securing purchase orders (POs).
- Payment Collection & Follow-ups: Ensure timely realization of payments and manage outstanding dues in coordination with the accounts team, a critical aspect of the B2B sales cycle.
- Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners, ensuring high retention and recurring orders.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor pricing, market trends, and new product launches in the Indian electronics manufacturing space.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity reports, sales pipelines, and target-achievement metrics to present to the Sales Head during weekly reviews.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years of hardcore B2B field sales experience, specifically in electronics, electrical components, or industrial hardware.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market layout, particularly manufacturing hubs and industrial areas.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Must possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Basic understanding of B2B taxation (GST implications), billing, and standard commercial terms in India.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for local client visits across NCR.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
