About the Role
TOVALIGN is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scanning Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. Freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intraoral scanning of patients using 3D scanners for aligner treatment.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate scans by following standard scanning protocols.
- Prepare and upload scan data along with patient records to the Treatment Planning team.
- Coordinate with doctors, Operations, and Treatment Planning teams to ensure scan adequacy and complete case documentation.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate scanning equipment regularly.
- Educate patients about the intraoral scanning procedure and answer basic queries.
- Ensure proper data storage, patient confidentiality, and adherence to hygiene and infection control standards.
- Capture high-quality intraoral photographs of patients.
- Complete the Patient Lab Order Form accurately before forwarding cases to the Customer Support (C-Support) team.
- Assist with end-to-end operational coordination for case submissions.
- Handle patient appointments, follow-up calls, and basic call management.
- Maintain accurate records and update data in the CRM/system.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience in intraoral scanning, dental assisting, or customer support is preferred.
