Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes that enhance user interactions with software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible solutions, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and engaging. You will balance technical feasibility with design intent, working diligently to optimize the overall user experience throughout the development process.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct user research and analyze user feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
