Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative façade designs based on architectural and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed façade drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality visual presentations, façade animations, and project walkthroughs.
- Produce realistic render enhancements and presentation graphics for client approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Review façade materials, finishes, and installation details.
- Modify and update design drawings based on project revisions and site requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with applicable building standards.
Software & Technical Skills
- AutoCAD – 2D drafting, façade detailing, construction drawings, and shop drawings.
- Adobe Photoshop – Architectural render post-processing, image editing, texture creation, and presentation boards.
- Adobe After Effects – Architectural animations, façade motion graphics, and project presentations.
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Editing project walkthroughs, promotional videos, and client presentation videos.
- Adobe Animate – Interactive architectural presentations, animated façade concepts, and design demonstrations.
