Rightways Transport Co. is looking for an experienced Traffic Manager / Transport Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day transport operations and arrange vehicles from the open market.
Identify and pitch to new corporate clients to expand our freight business
- Build and maintain relationships with market brokers, fleet owners, and transport vendors
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with truck owners and fleet operators
- Coordinate and place vehicles as per client requirements, ensuring on-time delivery
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or route issues
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, vendor contracts, and client commitments
- Ensure proper documentation (LR, POD, e-way bill coordination)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
- Strong network with truck owners, fleet operators, and market brokers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
