HIRING | POLITICAL CONSULTANT
We are seeking a Political Consultant to support political strategy, campaign planning, and leadership decision-making for high-impact electoral and public affairs projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop constituency and state-level political strategies
- Analyze voter behavior, political trends, and electoral data
- Conduct political research and competitor assessments
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and leadership briefings
- Support campaign messaging, narrative building, and outreach planning
- Work closely with senior leadership on election and governance initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in political consulting, public policy, campaign strategy, or political research
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of Maharashtra's political landscape is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment
Language Requirements:
- Marathi – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Professional Proficiency
Candidates with prior experience in election strategy, political advisory, public affairs, or campaign consulting will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
