We are looking for a Project Commercial Manager to manage all commercial, contractual, and billing-related aspects of the Pipavav Project Site, ensuring full alignment between execution progress and contract conditions.
This role requires strong control over budgets, billing discipline, contract administration, and commercial risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Control project commercial exposure, budgets, and cash flow
- Manage client billing, milestone invoicing, and commercial correspondence
- Coordinate with execution team for progress-linked billing
- Track contract amendments, variations, claims, and recoveries
- Monitor cost trackers and ensure margin protection
- Interface with Head – Marine Operations for commercial approvals
- Ensure strict adherence to contract terms and payment timelines
Documentation Ownership
- Project budgets and cost trackers
- Billing statements and invoices
- Contract amendments and variation orders
- Claims documentation and commercial registers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
