Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and service requests.
Coordinate effectively with sales, quotation, production, and installation teams.
Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry databases, and project trackers.
Update and manage reports using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Generate periodic reports and updates for management.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
Language Skills
Read, write and understand English.
Read, write and understand Hindi.
Read, write and understand Bengali.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers and internal team members.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in customer service, CRM, sales coordination, administration, or related roles will be an added advantage.
Experience in building materials, interiors, construction, or fenestration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
