About Us
Combat Cartel is a fast-growing Mixed Martial Arts academy in Gurugram dedicated to developing athletes of all levels—from beginners to competitive fighters. We are looking for passionate, disciplined, and experienced martial arts coaches to join our team and help build a strong combat sports community.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
- Teach proper techniques, movement, discipline, and fight strategies.
- Design training programs based on students' skill levels and goals.
- Prepare athletes for amateur and professional competitions.
- Ensure a safe, motivating, and professional training environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, grading sessions, and in-house events.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the training area.
- Represent Combat Cartel with professionalism both inside and outside the academy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in MMA, BJJ, Kickboxing, or Muay Thai.
OR
- Proven competitive experience with participation in National-level championships or Professional fights, even if you have limited coaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of your martial art.
- Experience training students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant coaching or federation certifications are a plus.

Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 4 hours per day.
- Coaches will be assigned to either a Day Shift or an Evening Shift, based on the academy's schedule.
- The work schedule follows an alternate-day rotation:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday, or
- Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
- Shift timings will be communicated during the hiring process.
