The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication between stakeholders, training centers, trainers, mobilization teams, and management. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills to ensure smooth implementation of training and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project operations across assigned centers or project locations.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
- Follow up with center managers, trainers, mobilizers, and placement teams regarding project activities and targets.
- Ensure timely batch commencement, training delivery, assessments, certification, and placement-related activities.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or operational issues to management.
- Maintain proper documentation, including attendance records, assessment reports, utilization records, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government departments, funding agencies, assessment bodies, and partner organizations when required.
- Support data collection, MIS reporting, and submission of project reports to management and clients.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action points for closure.
- Assist in resource allocation, logistics, and operational arrangements for training programs, refresher sessions, assessments, and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and monitoring visits related to the project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Social Work, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Project Management / Operations Management will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
