The Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, providing financial advice, and identifying opportunities for business growth. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and providing excellent customer service.(RM) builds client ties, sells loans (secured/unsecured) to MSMEs in Tier 2/3 cities, manages the loan lifecycle (needs assessment to approval), ensures high service with doorstep convenience, and drives portfolio growth by understanding market trends and delivering tailored financial solutions. Key duties include acquisition, nurturing existing clients, processing applications, and achieving sales targets for the NBFC.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with small business owners (MSMEs).
- Business Development: Generate new leads and acquire new customers for loan products (secured/unsecured).
- Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Understand client financial needs and offer appropriate, tailored loan solutions.
- Loan Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the entire process, from application to disbursal, ensuring minimal documentation and fast processing.
- Service Delivery: Provide doorstep service, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Portfolio Growth: Contribute to expanding the lending portfolio and meeting business targets.
- Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and local business needs.
