Site Engineer – Construction
We are looking for a Site Engineer to independently manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Directly coordinate with and manage contractors and workers.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure daily/weekly targets and project milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials.
- Track site progress and identify delays or issues, taking timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with consultants and the main office as required.
- Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower, materials, and site observations.
- Submit a Daily Site Progress & Observation Report to the main office.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0-1 year of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
- Strong contractor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of taking complete ownership of site work.
Pay: ₹10,963.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
