We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage guest inquiries, generate sales through outbound and inbound calls, share customized proposals, achieve sales targets, maintain CRM records, and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through all platforms.
- Respond to inbound calls and guest inquiries promptly.
- Adhere to defined turnaround time (TAT) for responding to calls and inquiries.
- Prepare, share, and follow up on customized proposals.
- Provide accurate information about the resort, room categories, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Handle guest queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain CRM/MIS by updating lead status and customer details.
- Provide post-sales support and assistance to guests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maximize sales revenue through effective sales techniques and upselling.
- Contribute towards achieving excellent guest reviews and overall guest satisfaction.
Who Can Apply:
Educational Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any relevant discipline.
Experience:
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
Industry Experience:
- Hospitality Industry (Hotel/Resort Sales experience is mandatory).
Languages:
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Prior experience in hotel/resort sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar hotel sales role in a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel/resort property.
- Good knowledge of CRM/MIS tools and lead management.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting guest relationships.
Salary: Starting from ₹23,000 per month (Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and interview performance.)
