Position: Inside Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25000 To ₹35000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads primarily through cold calling and through search engines.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location, and decision-making authority
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into active business
- Maintain and update a database of prospective customers and current lead statuses (CRM/Google Sheet)
- Conduct market research on qualified prospects to identify new business opportunities and competitor activity
- Prepare daily/weekly lead conversion and status reports for management
- Communicate product specifications confidently with technical and non-technical clients
- Handle inquiries in Hindi, English, and regional language (Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of chemical additives or plastic/polymer industry is a plus
- Proficiency in google sheets
- Qualifications:
- Graduate in Science, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant stream
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Candidates with localized market knowledge and hands-on experience in the Chemical Industry or Plastic Additives market will be given strong preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
