Title: Girl's Hostel Warden

Job Summary
The Girl's Hostel Warden is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, discipline, and overall development of students residing in the girls' hostel. The warden will create a secure, caring, and supportive environment while maintaining hostel discipline and coordinating with parents, school authorities, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Supervise students' daily routine, including study hours, meals, attendance, and bedtime.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, visitors, and hostel inventory.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' health, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Handle emergencies and arrange medical assistance whenever required.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and hostel support staff.
- Encourage students' personal growth, moral values, and healthy living habits.
- Organize recreational, cultural, and wellness activities for hostel students.
- Prepare periodic reports and communicate with the school administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Care Supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.
