Job Function, Key Responsibilities and Duties :

Programming of VMV & CNC turning by DELCAM & FEATURE CAM respectively.

Knowledge on CNC & VMC Fanuc controller 3-axis machines to guide the operator.

Develop basic Fixtures / clamping / set up plan for part.

Supervise CNC (Lathe) and VMC Machine

Plan machining activity sequence to reduce turnaround time for jobs.

Look after the regular upkeep of CNC and VMC machines
-
Needs to have knowledge of different tooling used in CNC and VMC machines.
-
Needs to have knowledge of the sequence of different machining operations.
-
Needs to have 2-3 years’ experience in CNC and VMC machining and programming.
-
Should be ready to work in shifts.
