Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operations
- Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and client records
- Prepare basic documents such as listings, agreements, invoices, and reports
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings
- Support real estate client with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
- Liaise with banks, developers, and service providers as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

· Conduct field work including site visits, client office visits, and coordination at property locations
· Visit banks and financial institutions for documentation, verification, and follow-ups
· Handle document collection, submission, and handover to clients, banks, and authorities
· Assist clients with paperwork during registrations, approvals, and transactions
Coordinate with clients in person for signing, document clarification, and deal closure support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
