Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the school in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement innovative academic practices and student-centric learning methodologies.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive school culture.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, statutory regulations, and school policies.
- Monitor curriculum planning, lesson execution, examinations, and academic outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Drive admissions, branding, and overall school development initiatives.
- Plan and oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
- Promote extracurricular activities, leadership programmes, sports, and holistic student development.
- Manage school operations, safety, discipline, and quality assurance.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head in a reputed CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, assessment practices, and school accreditation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
