Job Description:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions, maintain relationships, and support sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Support sales and follow-up activities
Maintain records and update customer data
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and retain customer
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Two wheeler mandatory
DL is mandatory
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
