We are a fast-growing IoT technology company developing GPS tracking devices and smart connected
solutions used across India. Our products are sold through e-commerce platforms and B2B channels, and
we are continuously expanding our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Manager who can efficiently
manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, inventory operations, and production support for our
electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production planning based on sales forecasts and operational demand
- Procure components and raw materials as per BOM requirements
- Manage vendors for electronics components, assembly, and logistics
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
- Maintain inventory records, stock planning, and reorder cycles
- Handle procurement planning for 5000+ device production monthly
- Create and manage PRs and POs efficiently
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and reconciliation
- Ensure smooth raw material flow and production coordination
- Conduct supplier comparison and cost analysis
- Support R&D; procurement for prototype and pilot production
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain operations
- Experience working with electronics components or manufacturing vendors
- Strong negotiation and vendor coordination abilities
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, inventory sheets, vendor comparison)
- Good analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Electronics / IoT / GPS industry preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and coordination skills
- Good communication and follow-up abilities
