JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform initial patient assessments and routine monitoring of vital signs, promptly reporting any abnormalities.
- Provide general nursing care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and timely interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and patient care activities.
- Maintain infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe patient environment.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
- Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes efficiently.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery care.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective and continuous patient care.
- Comply with hospital policies and NABH standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: B.SC Nursing/GNM Nursing with valid RNRM Registration
- Experience: 1.5 - 5 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
