We are looking for an opportunity for the position of Manager/Quality Head – Furniture & Sheet Metal parts, Vacuum Forming parts.
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately
Job Profile / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality and Customer Quality functions.
- Manage quality for furniture components.
- Handle quality of sheet-metal fabricated parts, welded assemblies, and finished products.
- Handle quality of Vacuum forming parts, welded assemblies, and finished products.
- Establish and monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection systems.
- Control and improve sheet-metal processes including cutting, bending, punching, welding, grinding, drilling, fabrication and assembly.
- Ensure proper process quality, dimensional accuracy, workmanship and product standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs, inspection standards, control plans, check sheets and quality procedures.
- Handle supplier quality issues, incoming material rejection and supplier corrective actions.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA reports.
- Monitor quality KPIs, rejection, rework, PPM and process improvements.
- Plan, coordinate and handle ISO audits, maintain ISO documentation and
- ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Lead and develop the Quality team and promote a strong quality culture across production.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
