Job Title: Customer Care Executive – International Process
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Compensation: ₹27,000 – ₹34,000 CTC + Performance-Based Rewards + Transportation Support
Shift Timing: Rotational / Night Shift
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international customer service team. The selected candidates will interact with overseas customers, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage customer interactions through voice support channels.
- Assist customers with service-related concerns, account information, transactions, and general inquiries.
- Deliver prompt and accurate solutions while maintaining service quality standards.
- Record and update customer information and interaction details in the system.
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines during every customer interaction.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Customer Service / Voice Support environment preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional spoken English and strong interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-resolution abilities.
- Candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.
