Responsibilities
- Make Outbound cold calls to prospective cutomers from provided data .
- Having 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a CRM sales-related training program is preferred.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Follow-Up with intrested leads and schedule further discussions.
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude during calls.
Job Role :
- Should have excellent Communication skills in English (Preferably IELTS Certified / TOEFL) & Hindi.
- Achieve sales targets by cold calling.
- Explaining company products to leads and fixing appointments for BDE.
- Have Fairly good knowledge of upselling and convincing customers.
- Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross-selling, enhancing, and upgrading the relationships.
- Effectively service inbound calls to customers.
