Responsibilities
- Call customers from provided data/leads
- Explain loan products and offers clearly
- Generate and follow up on loan leads
- Collect customer basic details and documents
- Coordinate with sales team
- Maintain daily call records and lead status
- Achieve monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
- Good communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince customers over phone
- Experience in telecalling or loan sales is preferred
