Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients.
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation & revenue targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or tele-sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, primarily Domestic market and then International.
- Strong LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
