- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads to promote products and handle incoming inquiries from existing customers.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential sales opportunities, explain product features, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer grievances, answer questions about services, and provide after-sales support.
- Database Management: Update customer information and call logs accurately in CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
