Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports focused on quality and engineering analytics
Build and maintain:
Product-level quality dashboards for leadership and program stakeholders
Team-level dashboards for engineering and QA teams
Integrate, transform, and model data from JIRA, Excel, and other enterprise systems
Develop scalable and reusable semantic models and reporting structures
Create visually compelling dashboards with strong focus on usability, storytelling, and actionable insights
Analyze and track key software quality metrics such as:
Defect trends
Defect leakage
Forecast vs actual defects
Test coverage
Cycle time
Sprint and release quality metrics
Perform trend analysis using JIRA defect labels, historical data, and quality indicators Develop predictive insights and quality risk indicators to support proactive decision-making
Optimize dashboard performance, scalability, and data accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
Support future analytics modernization initiatives, including potential migration and enhancement using Microsoft Fabric
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Power BI, analytics engineering, and data visualization
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
