We are looking for an experienced Cluster HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Nagpur to manage HR operations for a leading retail fashion brand.
The role involves partnering with store leadership to drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across stores within the assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for assigned stores.
- Partner with Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, and people-related issues.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the cluster.
- Ensure statutory compliance, HR documentation, and maintenance of employee records.
- Support managers with performance reviews, development planning, and workforce effectiveness.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide on-ground HR support.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Fashion , or Multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%) within the assigned cluster.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Excellent English communication
