Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores, partner locations, and retail outlets in and around Coimbatore for regular audits.
- Conduct physical inspection and audit of returned, damaged, defective, or service-related products.
- Verify the condition of products against the available records and reported issues.
- Capture clear photos and videos of products, damages, defects, accessories, serial numbers, and other relevant details during audits.
- Upload collected photos, videos, and audit information to the designated company platform/application.
- Prepare and submit daily field visit and product audit reports.
- Provide clear observations and feedback regarding the condition and status of returned products.
- Identify discrepancies, missing components, physical damages, or other issues during product inspection.
- Coordinate with stores, service teams, partners, and internal departments whenever clarification is required.
- Maintain accurate records of all products audited and visits completed.
- Share recommendations and review findings with the management team.
- Follow the company's audit procedures, reporting standards, and quality requirements.
- Complete assigned field visits and audit activities within the given timelines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
