The Impact You'll Make
As an Apparel Designer at ARLUU, you will be the creative force shaping our seasonal collections. Your designs will define the signature look and feel of our brand, captivating discerning parents and delighting children. From the first sketch to the final stitch, you’ll bring to life garments that embody luxury, comfort, and the magic of childhood.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and design seasonal luxury collections for boys and girls, from newborn to pre-teen, aligned with ARLUU’s refined aesthetic.
- Research global trends in children’s fashion, fabrics, and embellishments, translating them into distinctive, brand-right designs.
- Create detailed technical drawings, mood boards, and color palettes for each collection.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample units, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Select premium fabrics, trims, and finishes that meet our quality, comfort, and sustainability standards.
- Participate in fittings, ensuring perfect fit, comfort, and movement for children.
- Partner with marketing to provide creative input for lookbooks, campaigns, and runway presentations.
What You'll Bring
- A degree or diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design, with a strong portfolio in children’s wear (luxury experience preferred).
- Proven ability to design garments that balance style, comfort, and practicality for children.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, and garment construction techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D.
- An eye for detail, color harmony, and storytelling through design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative and production teams.
- A passion for luxury craftsmanship and sustainable fashion.
