- Deliver engaging nursing theory and clinical skills lessons
- Develop and update curriculum and course materials
- Evaluate and assess student performance
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic support to students
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports

- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development
