Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for helping customers. You will assist clients, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Assist clients with basic product-related questions and support requests.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Support new client onboarding and guide them through product features.
- Coordinate with internal teams for task updates and follow-ups.
- Escalate technical issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Ensure timely responses and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, customer support processes, or ChatGPT will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
