Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations at VNMT. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a smooth employee experience.Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (Zoho People or similar tools)
- Assist in employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
2. Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and workplace upkeep
- Assist in organizing internal events, engagement activities, and team initiatives
3. HR Coordination & Support:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience
4. Recruitment
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel. MS Word.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
