Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Manage daily social media activities and community engagement
- Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams
- Increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and conversions
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with understanding of social media metrics
- Creativity and trend awareness
Pay: ₹9,981.62 - ₹35,701.26 per month
