Role description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Elicitation: Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
2. Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and make recommendations for solution design.
3. Requirements Documentation: Document business and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
4. Requirements Management: Manage the requirements backlog, ensuring that all requirements are prioritized, tracked, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure that their requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
6. User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and testable user stories in Gherkin format that can be used to guide the development of software solutions.
7. Requirements Workshops: Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are well understood and accurately captured.
8. Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure that the solution design meets business requirements.
9. Testing: Support the testing team by providing detailed functional and business requirements, ensuring that all requirements are adequately tested before deployment.
10. Business Process Reengineering: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the reengineering of business processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MBA or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis.
3. Experience writing user stories and requirements documentation
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in Agile Methodology. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
