ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager — Sales & Solutions who can independently own the full sales cycle: from client meetings and technical discussions to quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups. This is a techno-commercial role for someone equally comfortable on the field and at their desk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales of IT hardware and solutions — laptops, desktops, servers, storage, software, and antivirus products
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with mid-sized and large corporate clients in Hyderabad and South India
- Participate in client meetings, understand IT requirements, and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle technical queries from clients with confidence and accuracy
- Prepare and send detailed quotations; negotiate pricing within approved margins
- Process orders and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery
- Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and pending orders to closure
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and daily activities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience:
- 3–7 years in IT hardware and solutions sales (B2B environment)
- Proven track record with mid-sized or large corporate accounts
- Prior experience in Hyderabad / South India market strongly preferred
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong working knowledge of laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking basics
- Familiarity with software licensing, antivirus and cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to understand client IT infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate products
Commercial Skills:
- Experienced in quotation preparation, price negotiation, and order management
- Able to independently manage client relationships from first contact to post-sales
- Target-driven with a self-motivated, ownership mindset
Personal Attributes:
- Techno-commercial decision maker — balances technical accuracy with business judgment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, punctual, and disciplined in daily reporting
- Self-starter who does not require micromanagement
ELIGIBILITY
- Location: Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu — all three mandatory
- Working Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
