Role Description
We are hiring a Quality Calling Analyst for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The
- evaluating and improving call quality, monitoring interactions of Tele Caller
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assessing calls, providing constructive feedback to team members,
- Preparing quality reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer service.
- Highest communication standards in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in call monitoring and evaluating performance
- Strong skills in quality analysis, report preparation, and feedback delivery
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
