Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations and production planning.
- Supervise VMC, Grinding, and Press Brake Tooling manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production reports and machine maintenance records.
- Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and manage shop floor manpower.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing Processes.
- Basic understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Experience in Machine Shop, Fabrication, or Tooling Industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
