We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Kolkata | Experience: 2–9 Years | Full-Time
Are you someone who excels at identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in the IT/SaaS space? We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B) who can expand our client base and accelerate our growth journey.
What You’ll Do
1.Own and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
2.Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in IT/SaaS & digital solutions
3Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
4.Conduct impactful client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers
5.Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities
6.Collaborate closely with marketing & tech teams to align acquisition and growth strategies
7.Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and business goals
8.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
9.Proficient in Hindi, Eng and Bengali.
What We’re Looking For
1.2–9 years of experience in IT / SaaS / Software / Service Sales or Business Development
2.Proven track record in B2B sales, pipeline building, and enterprise deal closures
3.Strong expertise in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and client acquisition
4.Experience in Advertising Solutions / Telecom / IT Services is a plus
5.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6.Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
