Salary: 20,000 to 50,000 per month including TA/DA
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience:
o Proven track record in FMCG Channel Sales, specifically in the Spices, Oil, or Staples
industry.
o Experience as sales person for at least 2-3 years.
o Experience in overseeing Below-the-line (BTL) activities.
- Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the geography and local trade dynamics.
- Sales Enthusiast: A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for field sales and achieving numbers.
- Communication: Fluent in Local language and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to work in Sales Force Automation (SFA) Software
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of field staff
