Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions that align with business requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll system implementations.
- Familiarity with configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs.
