Job Summary
Responsible for breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery and automation systems to ensure smooth plant operations.
Job Role
- Handle machine maintenance during shifts
- Attend breakdowns and reduce downtime
- Perform preventive & predictive maintenance
- Support automation and production equipment maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Conveyors, EMS Conveyors, Hydraulic Press, Electric Hoists, and Pneumatic Systems
- Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley / Siemens) and VFDs
- Handle Gear Box, Robot, and Marking Machine maintenance
- Ensure machine uptime and operational efficiency
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Required Skills
- Machine maintenance & troubleshooting
- PLC & VFD knowledge
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical)
Experience
5+ Years in Machine Maintenance
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
